Delivery & Returns

All Scarlett Vintage orders are sent via Royal Mail 1^st Class or next day delivery and are therefore tracked and insured as such.

International orders will be posted by tracked and insured international Royal Mail and can usually take around 4-5 days to reach the country of destination but can take another 1-2 weeks to get through customs for non European Union customers, so please bear this in mind when placing an order.

Each design is individually hand made and therefore no two items will ever be truly identical, each will retain an essence of uniqueness.

All items are sent in a delightful little presentation box and lovingly packaged to ensure they reach you just as they should be.
